After a convincingly lopsided beat down of the competition, one figure stood out (big)head and shoulders above the rest. None of the figures in August shone as bright as Good Smile Company‘s Nendoroid Kaname Madoka and it’s easy to see why. Apart from starring in what is possibly the Anime of the Year 2011, the figure itself is extremely cute; cute enough to make this writer succumb to buying his first ever Nendoroid. That radiant smile and those adorable poses she’s capable of just pierces through the hearts of any hardened, moe-hating collector. Nothing has been spared from the release as well, as she comes with her (un)trusty evil, cosmic familiar, Kyubey and a lot of additional accessories such as her herbivorous bow and arrow and the typical Nendoroid face plates, one of which depicts her in a pouting fighting expression. I can go on and on about how this Nendoroid just exudes that irresistible attractiveness enough to make anyone go wild with fluffy feelings all over, but why believe my obviously biased words? Hit the pics below and see for yourself why this Nendoroid is in a class of its own.
