Japanese-Korean manga “Freezing” has developed a cult following among otaku worldwide, mostly due to the sexy cast and ultra-violent fights. Naturally, merchandise for the franchise followed and FREEing has been up to task in making figures for it. This “Damage Ver.” is scaled at 1/8 and features the lead, Satellizer L. Bridget, in tattered clothes and a cool pose depicting her in an after-battle scenario. Although the dynamic pose and extremely huge blade would surely attract legions of fans, it’s too bad that her face can’t be seen very clearly due to her hair covering up a portion of it. While this probably adds to the realism, it does lessen the value of the figure for collectors looking for a clear shot of the “Untouchable Queen’s” beautiful face. FREEing’s Satellizer “Damage Ver.” will be released this December 2011 for a impossibly hefty sum of 9500 yen. Looks like some people will be canceling those vacation trips for her.
